AZIMUTH ZERO NOTICE TO RECRUITERS AND STAFFING AGENCIES

Azimuth Zero does not accept solicitation from  staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”). 

Azimuth Zero performs its own recruiting and  may in some cases, and at is own discretion, engage an agency. Agency must obtain advance written approval from Azimuth Zero recruiting function to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed contract for service and in response to a specific job opening. Azimuth Zero will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.

Agency agreements will only be valid if in writing and signed by an Executive of Azimuth Zero or his or her designee. No other Azimuth Zero employee is authorized to bind Azimuth Zero to any agreement regarding the placement of candidates by Agencies. Azimuth Zero hereby specifically rejects, and denies any liability under, any agreement purporting to be accepted based on negative consent, negotiation with a candidate, performance, or any means other than an executed contract agreement bearing the signature of an Azimuth Zero Executive.

Agencies are hereby specifically directed NOT to contact Azimuth Zero employees directly in an attempt to present candidates 

Azimuth Zero will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to Azimuth Zero, including unsolicited resumes sent to an Azimuth Zero mailing address, fax machine, email addresses, directly to Azimuth Zero employees, or any other means not directly   From a candidate will be considered Azimuth Zero property. 

Azimuth Zero will NOT pay any fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. Azimuth Zero will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.
